| There was an amazing team spirit amongst the 84 members of the club including 30 in the Junior Beehive Group. It enabled us to put on 3 successful rocketry displays including the Charity Event which also featured a Musical Show ( organised by Jackie and Ray) and a Disco ( organised by Sarah). Thanks to Pete Davy for his support throughout the year and at the Charity Event and Midsummer Revels. We had a lot of media attention in the year and thanks to Yvonne and Janet whose hospitality they enjoyed. Yvonne said she had never done so many 'fry-ups' !! Thanks to Helen for bringing her Hybrids and to Mike for taking such great photos throughout the year. Thanks too for the generous support from STARCHASER and the encouragement from 'The Rocket Boys' O'Dell and Homer. |
